Santropol Roulant is a Membership-based Organization. Our membership plays the vital role of electing the Board of Directors at our Annual General Meeting, who are the ultimate guarantors of objects and policies of the Roulant.

Our Members consist of anyone who has, within the past year:
- Received meals from Santropol Roulant;
- Made a donation to Santropol Roulant;
- Volunteered at Santropol Roulant;
- Been an employee at Santropol Roulant.

ÉQUIPE MEMBERSHIP
Since November 2006 the membership committee has been hard at work. Now named " Équipe Membership ", the committee is made up of volunteers, donors, staff, board members, and clients.
Équipe Membership is mandated to facilitate information sharing and reflection between the staff, the Board and members-at-large (clients, donors and volunteers) on membership and governance issues at the Roulant and to ensure that opportunities for participation and feedback are as open and accessible as possible. To this end, the Committee is charged with consulting and thinking with members about ways of continually improving the Roulant's governance structures and processes. Recently, we have been working on:
- Improving the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and election process
- Organizing conversations with members on governance issues at Santropol Roulant
- Enriching avenues for member feedback

Équipe Membership is simultaneously exploring -- through actual lived experience -- the shape and contours of a member-led committee. Want to see what this looks like? Come and check it out! We meet on the last Friday morning of each month between 9:30 and 11 AM. All are welcome! If you are interested in participating, EMAIL US and we can let you know when and where our next meeting will take place.
