Referring a new Client
Clients must be referred to Santropol Roulant by healthcare professionals: social workers, hospitals, family doctors, physiotherapists or psychologists. The reference can be made by phone and must include information pertaining to the client being referred as well as the organization and contact person making the referral.
We also require a health professional contact who we can advise in the event that a client is reported as being particularly unwell. Should you wish to give a potential client our phone number, please advise them that they must provide us with your name and number so that we can contact you directly to register them.
There is high demand for our meal delivery service. Our mission thus pushes us to give priority to those who do not have any other food service options. We ask that you take this into consideration when recommending new clients, referring first and foremost people living in social isolation.
